At Thrive Hive ABA, our team is dedicated to helping individuals reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We believe that meaningful progress begins with a strong partnership between our clients, families, and clinicians.
Our staff is made up of highly trained professionals who share a passion for improving lives. From Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to our caring administrative and support team, each member brings unique expertise, creativity, and empathy to every session.
We take pride in providing personalized care tailored to each client’s goals. Our team members receive ongoing training to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis. Together, we strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment where every individual can thrive—one small step at a time.
Jayne Dailey
Chief Operating Officer

Jayne is the Founder of Thrive Hive ABA and has nearly a decade of experiences in the field of ABA. Her background includes a combination of administrative, clinical, and leadership roles where she has helped build systems, support teams, and create environments where meaningful outcomes are not just a possibility but a reality. She holds a degree in psychology and is pursing her PsyD. Her goal is to continue to deep her knowledge in order to make a greater impact on the families served.
Jayne is passionate about organizational resilience and building cultures that encourage quality for clients, staff, and communities. She has utilized her experience to promote excellence across both operations and clinical teams.
Jay
Dr. Chase Thomas
Clinical Director

Chase is a Human Services-Board Certified Professional (HS-BCP) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Doctorate of Human Services from Capella University. He specialized in Leadership and Organizational Management where he conducted a Process Program Evaluation of a nonprofit serving vulnerable youth as a part of his academic research. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Tennessee Tech University and faculty at Southern New Hampshire University.
Chase has utilized his academic knowledge, in addition to his near decade of work with children and families to provide clinical services and organizational efficiency through process improvement and program development.
Robert Miller
Registered Behavior Technician

Robert is a committed Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Thrive Hive ABA, where the team offers compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services rooted in individualized, family-centered care. Holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology, he brings two years of experience as an RBT and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Robert actively participates in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the best practices in the field of behavior analysis. Robert is passionate about empowering each child and family they work with, guiding them toward success one step at a time.
Mackenzie King
Behavior Technician

Mackenzie is a behavior technician devoted to helping individuals with Autism. She values collaboration to create a positive, healthy, and respectful working environment. She enjoys working closely with families and individuals to implement new skills and to help reach their full potential with evidence-based care.
She is excited to learn and grow professionally as she embarks on the journey with Thrive Hive ABA.

Memory Shelton
Behavior Technician

Memory is a behavior technician with Thrive Hive ABA who has two, beautiful young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has relied on her faith to get her through the hard times they faced. She is currently a student studying Early Childhood Education with a focus on special education.
Memory felt called to the field due to her experiences with her family and is passionate about her work.
Jesssica Ciaramella
Behavior Technician

Jessica is a behavior technician with Thrive Hive ABA who brings over a year of experience working with children ranging from 3-15 years. She is the oldest of 2, with a 4 year old brother who was recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Jessica is excited to be apart of the team and eager to use her background in her work.
